Depending on the modality used in each settlement, individuals receive their entitlement in food or cash. The entitlement for all households eligible to receive general food assistance is equivalent to a balanced food basket that provides 2,100 kcal per person per day, or the equivalent in cash. The current food basket includes: cereals (400g), pulses (80g), vegetable oil (30g), salt (5g) and CSB (50g). The cash ration currently corresponds to UGX 31,000.
